According to Joe Kissell of Take Control Books, the Naples (Florida) MacFriends User Group is offering a special deal this month. As a reminder, Joe gave The Apple Corps of Dallas a presentation in May 2019.

Joe says:
“Our friends at NMUG the Naples (Florida) MacFriends User Group, have extended a special offer to all Take Control customers: you can join any of their September meetings, via Zoom, for free. (Normally, a one-year membership in the club costs $25.) I’ve given presentations to this large, vibrant, worldwide user group several times, as have other Take Control authors, and they’re a great resource for anyone wanting to learn more about how to use their Apple products.

Upcoming meeting dates (all Wednesdays) are September 8, 15, 22, and 29, from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM, EDT. The group has a webpage with details about upcoming meeting topics. To register for any of these meetings, send an email to registrar@naplesmug.com The Subject field must include September and Take Control and your name. Upon receipt of the email, NMUG will send you a Zoom ID and passcode for all the meetings in September.”

You do not have to be a member of Take Control Books or the NMUG. Just send the email as instructed above, that’s it! Take advantage if you can.
